Hi, I am Rita Serano and this blog is all about tasty, healthy plant-based food. My biggest inspiration for my recipes are seasonal and organic produce. I love cooking with vegetables, grains, fruits, beans, seeds, herbs and spices. My style of cooking is all about flavour, colour and fun. All my recipes are vegan, refined sugar free and low fat. During my life I have been experimenting with all kinds of diets and cooking techniques, think: rawfood, vegan, macrobiotic, vegetarian, glutenfree, high starch/ low fat, etc. All these different styles have made me the cook that I am today. I am Dutch and live partly in the Netherlands and France. I hope you and your family will enjoy my food and recipes!!
